All you have to supply is agents with headsets, desktop computers, and broadband internet service. Your agents can be anywhere there's reliable internet service and power -- in an office building, in their homes, overseas. You don't even need phone service, since all voice communication takes place over the internet using VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology. Beyond that there are some modest fees for setting up your acount, configuring your service, initial training and a prepayment against anticipated long distance charges. That's it!
