Annual ContractsFive9 also offers pricing based on annual contracts, which provide reduced fees when compared to the monthly on-demand pricing. Licenses are purchased per seat, per year, plus monthly long-distance fees. Longer-term contracts are ideal for call centers that are looking to replace or supplement existing legacy and/or premise-based products such as predictive dialer or IVR/ACD hardware.
