Call Center API OverviewFive9 Cloud APIs
CTI Web ServicesThe Five9 Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) Web Services API provides developers access to telephony controls and sophisticated call center functionality that can be leveraged by applications via the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). As part of the Five9 Agent Desktop Toolkit, the CTI Web Services API can connect the Five9 web-based softphone to other business applications used by call center agents, such as home-grown CRM solutions, billing or order entry systems, and agent scripting applications. Configuration Web ServicesThe Five9 Configuration Web Services API provides developers access to Five9 User, Calling List, Contact, and Campaign Management capabilities that can be leveraged by applications via the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). Application developers and system integrators can leverage the Configuration Web Services API to add new leads to lists, provision new Five9 users, manage campaigns within a 3rd-party application, and more. Reporting Web ServicesThe Five9 Reporting Web Services API provides developers access to Five9 call log and agent audit reporting information. The Reporting Web Services API can be used to retrieve reporting data so that it can be archived for long-term storage, used in existing data warehouses, imported into business applications, and more. This documentation has been integrated into the Configuration Web Services API Reference document. Statistics Web ServicesThe Five9 Statistics Web Services API provides developers with access to statistical data about Five9 domains, which can be invoked by an application via Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). The purpose of the Five9 Statistics API is to allow developers to build applications that can securely access the data that can be viewed in the Supervisor Application. |
