API Overview

The Five9 Statistics Web Services API provides developers with access to statistical data about Five9 domains, which can be invoked by an application via Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). The purpose of the Five9 Statistics API is to allow developers to build applications that can securely access the data that can be viewed in the Supervisor Application.

Five9 Statistics Web Services provide capabilities that can be used by integrators or customers to feed real-time data to wallboard displays, custom agent desktops, workforce management systems, and more.
