Reilly and Triassi join esteemed list of speakers at industry's largest on-demand conference

PLEASANTON, Calif. - October 3, 2006 - Five9, Inc., the leading global provider of on-demand telemarketing, customer service, and call center solutions for customer interaction management, today announced that two directors have been invited to speak at the annual salesforce.com User and Developer Conference. As the industry's largest on-demand event, Dreamforce '06 will feature more than 150 sessions featuring more than 250 speakers from some of the largest global companies. Five9's Tricia Reilly, director of marketing communications, and Gary Triassi, senior director of business operations, will participate on the featured panel sessions titled "Become an Expert: Campaign Management & Website Integration" and "Why We Switched to Unlimited Edition: Customer Panel", respectively.

The session "Become an Expert: Campaign Management & Website Integration" will take place October 9 at 2 pm, and discuss the best practices for structuring and creating an effective Salesforce campaign as well as how to recognize and capture your website's audience. Understanding and capturing the website audience produces more leads that can then be integrated directly with Salesforce.

The session, "Why We Switched to Unlimited Edition: Customer Panel" will take place October 11 at 9 am, and will be led by salesforce.com's Joerg Rathenberg. The session, ideal for EE systems administrators, will explore questions such as: Are you ready to take your CRM success to new heights? Are you ready to have one central place where your company manages all of its unique business requirements? Are you ready to turn off your disparate systems? Additionally, it will discuss customer success stories whose switch to Unlimited Edition prepared them to answer 'Yes' to all of these questions!
