We would like to say thank you for sending colleagues and friends in the call center community to our award-winning Five9 Virtual Call Center portfolio. Steps to Send Referrals and Gain $5001. Sign up for the Referral Program on our website, if you're not already a member. Once your application is approved, you'll receive a unique Referral Program Member ID. 2. Refer someone interested in a Virtual Call Center via our website from October 1 through December 31. All you need to do is provide basic contact and company information. 3. Sit back and enjoy the holiday season with dollars earned through the Five9 Referral Program. Receive an extra $500 from Five9 for each qualified referral, for up to four referrals for the promotion period. If your referral becomes a Five9 customer, you’ll receive 10% of the license fees for up to 12 months. What You Need to KnowLeads can be referred by company leaders and/or call center agents (consistent with their company guidelines). A lead is defined as a named contact with company affiliation and contact information determined solely by Five9 as having an interest in purchasing Five9 call center software as a service. The Autumn Incentive Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in in the Master Referral Agreement (MRA) for new members and the MRA Amendment for members that applied prior to June 18, 2008.
