Licenses are purchased per user, per month, plus long-distance fees. This option is ideal for business startups, seasonal capacity, disaster contingency, departmental initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Annual Contracts

Five9 also offers pricing based on annual contracts, which provide reduced fees when compared to the monthly on-demand pricing. Licenses are purchased per user, per year, plus long-distance fees. Longer-term contracts are ideal for call centers that are looking to replace or supplement existing legacy and/or premise-based products such as predictive dialer hardware.
