Five9 Highlights its Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centres at RightNow Summit 2010


Leader in on-demand call center software a sponsor and exhibitor at RightNow’s annual Americas customer experience conference

PLEASANTON, Calif. – October 11th, 2010 – Five9, Inc., the leader in on-demand call center software announced today its participation in RightNow’s Summit 2010 Americas conference, an annual event where customer experience owners come together to network, exchange information, and learn from peers, RightNow experts, and RightNow partners. Five9 is an independent software vendor within RightNow’s partner network.

The Summit takes place Tuesday, October 12th through Thursday, October 14th, at the Broadmoor luxury resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Five9 will be providing attendees with a live demo of the latest release of the Five9 CRM Adapter for RightNow. Five9 is exhibiting at booth #3.

The Five9 CRM Adapter for RightNow is a pre-built integration of the Five9 Virtual Call Centre Suite with the RightNow CX customer experience suite, built on the Five9 Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centres. The integration reduces costs for Five9 and RightNow customers by decreasing implementation time and boosting agent productivity. Further, it increases revenue opportunities by presenting contact center agents with product and service suggestions tailored to their client’s needs. Contact center agents can click-to-dial any telephone number in RightNow to initiate a telephone call to that number with the Five9 dialer. Automatic screen pop-ups enhance customer experience by presenting agents with relevant information from the RightNow application when either an inbound or outbound call is presented.
