Experienced distributor of call center products to extend Five9's market reach and deliver the innovative, on-demand Five9 Virtual Call Centre" solutions to companies in the Caribbean and Latin America looking to build or expand call centers

PLEASANTON, Calif. - June 12, 2006 - Five9, Inc., the leading global provider of on-demand telemarketing, customer service, and call center solutions for customer interaction management, today announced that it has appointed Corsidian, Inc., a pioneering solutions integrator for contact center technologies, as a Master Distributor for the Caribbean and Latin America. Under terms of the agreement, Corsidian will act as a reseller of Five9 Virtual Call Centre" solutions, provide sales and technical support to customers in these markets, and will recruit and manage additional resellers in the above territories.

The geographic proximity, favorable labor costs, and large talent pool of Spanish as well as English-speaking agents has made this part of the world one of the fastest growing markets for nearshore outsourcing of call center operations for North American companies. A recent report from Research and Markets Ltd. forecast that the number of agent positions in the Caribbean and Latin American (CALA) call center market will top 730,000 in 2008, more than double the 336,000 positions which were reported at the end of 2003.
