Five9 Launches Rewards Program to Recognize Customers and Partners

Leading provider of on-demand call center solutions creates incentive program to expand collaboration among the Five9 user community

PLEASANTON, Calif. – January 28, 2008 - Five9, Inc., the leader in on-demand call center solutions, today announced the launch of the Five9 Referral Program. This new program allows Five9 customers and partners to provide sales referrals and share in the license fees generated by those referrals. In addition to the referral revenue, members of the program gain by expanded collaboration with the Five9 community.

“Five9 continues to innovate in the hosted call center market by introducing a Referral Program for our customers and partners,” said Jim Dvorkin, CTO of Five9. “Many of our customers have come to Five9 after hearing about our offering from someone they trust. This program allows us to reward our customers for recommending Five9 to their counterparts in the call center industry.”

The Five9 Referral Program is entirely web-based and can be accessed from the Five9 website. After completing a short application form and acknowledging the terms and conditions of the program, Five9 customers and partners can become program members in a matter of days. After the application is approved, any referrals from a program member can be submitted via the Five9 website. Referrals that result in a sale of Five9 licensed products will be compensated at 10% of the license fees for up to one year, paid on a monthly basis.
