How it WorksStart by opening an account with us. We can have your new auto-dialer system up and running in as little as 48 hours. Finally, ensure that users take the training we provide as part of your purchase. After training, begin configuring your call center with our easy to use, web-based tools. You can set up as many auto-dialing campaigns as you wish, using your imported call lists and do-not-call lists. Each campaign can have its own IVR script and messages. To ensure a consistent experience when customers elect to speak to an agent, you can create agent interaction scripts for each campaign. As your campaigns run, our auto-dialer works through your dialing lists and uses call-progress detection to understand whether the call was received by an answering machine or person, so that your recorded message can be played. If needed, you can play different messages for answering machines and live contacts. You can also optionally configure the auto-dialer so that your customers can interact with a menu of options and messages, and even allow them to add their phone number to the do-not-call list without interacting with an agent.
