Many companies running outbound campaigns have a variety of calling lists. While some of them may be maintained for long periods of time, the majority change frequently and are often received from other companies.

Five9 provides essential list data import tools to ensure that calling lists can be uploaded accurately and as frequently as desired. Five9 administrators can easily import .csv-formatted calling lists and associate them with campaigns, to be dialed according to the sort order that was imported. Alternatively, the list can be shuffled to randomly dial the records.
