It's The Season of Harvest at Oracle OpenWorld

Fall is my favorite season and typically signifies autumnal changes that you expect to see, such as: changes in color, changes in temperature, and an anticipation for the fall harvest. In a similar fashion, I'm excited about the transformations we're experiencing with one of our key strategic partners, Oracle, and the synergies we expect to have during Oracle OpenWorld (OOW) this week in San Francisco.
Having been to OOW several times before, there is plenty to look forward to. I typically see many roadmap announcements, new products being featured, and customers to meet. It's also exciting to see the Oracles CX partners all under one roof. This year we will be at CX Central in Moscone West (Floor 2, booth #27) next to some of our joint partners. Five9 will be demonstrating our Adapter for Oracle Service Cloud at the kiosk, and you can expect to see over 200 Oracle sessions featuring Customer Experience (CX). Five9 will also introduce an extensive collaboration with Oracle, as their only contact center solution provider to build an integration to a next generation CX solution, Oracle Engagement Cloud.
Engagement Cloud provides very promising features for our joint customers and prospects. It combines both sales and service into one CX platform allowing blended agents to both cross or upsell more easily and leverage the Five9 core Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and contact center capabilities to make the agents job easier and more seamless for their customers.
In support of these Engagement Cloud announcements, Oracle will have three dedicated OOW sessions and Five9 will be present at each of these with our partners. In addition, we welcome individuals to our booth to see the joint demo each day of the conference from 10:15-11:00am. We look forward to having you stop by and visiting with us.
