Alexy is a seasoned finance professional and corporate board member. She has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance and investments, with expertise in equity analysis and financial modeling. Some of her previous professional positions include:

  • Senior vice president and managing director of equity research and principal technology hardware analyst for Prudential Securities
  • Vice president of equity research at Lehman Brothers, covering computer hardware and storage 
  • Assistant vice president of corporate finance at Wachovia Bank, focused on private placements and structured finance transactions

Alexy also serves as an active board member at CalAmp Corp and has served as a board member at Dot Hill Systems, Maxtor, Smart Modular Technologies, and Southwest Water Company. Alexy has been recognized as 'Best on the Street' in the computer sector by The Wall Street Journal and ranked as a top equity research analyst by Institutional Investor Magazine.
