International Call Blocking
As is common in the telecommunications industry, Five9 routinely blocks outbound international calls.
For customers placing calls from the USA and Canada data centers, calls to all countries, territories, and dial codes other than the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada are blocked by default.
For customers placing calls from other data centers or from Five9 Global Voice POPs located outside of the USA or Canada, contact your Five9 representative for applicable restrictions.
