By leveraging the real-time information available from the Five9 Virtual Contact Center (VCC) environment directly on an iPad, managers are able to monitor contact center statistics, measure performance against customer service goals, personalize their views, set alerts, and join calls—all within an intuitive iPad app, crafted specifically for the contact center supervisor.
