  1. Learn to use Five9. Review the Administrator Training resources available from Five9 University when you log in with your Five9 credentials. These training materials are designed to familiarise you with the features and capabilities of the Five9 Cloud Contact Centre. You'll have a session with your Implementation Manager to go over any questions. These training materials are an excellent introduction to the functions and capabilities of Five9 Virtual Contact Center software.

  2. Install the Five9 apps. The Getting Started guide from Five9 University offers step-by-step instructions to guide you through this installation process.

  3. Design, implement, and deploy. We'll provide you with an experienced Implementation Manager from our Professional Services team to help you get your Five9 Cloud Contact Centre up and ready to run.
