Every Five9 customer can access our 24/7 phone and online support, which includes product documentation, case management and a comprehensive knowledge base with hundreds of solutions to common issues. In addition to the world-class support that is available to every Five9 customer, the Premium Support option is also available to Five9 clients who want direct access to our senior customer support team. When you sign up for Premium Support, you also receive a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM), regular account reviews and project management. As a Premium Support customer you will also recieve coordination, personalised new release previews and training, consulting hours to help you grow and optimise, and a defined escalation path for feedback, questions and issues.
Through the Five9 Developer Program, we also provide support to the developers, consultants and IT professionals who use the Five9 Cloud APIs to extend and enhance the benefits of their Five9 Cloud Contact Centre solution.
