An industry veteran, Bennett has more than 14 years of experience in the US and Latin American contact center markets:
- At TouchStar Software, Bennett led software sales and consulting for premise and cloud call center applications, driving sales and partnerships with outsourced centers such as Cable and Wireless Panama, BPO of Guatemala, DIGITEX, Crossfire Marketing USA, and Charitable Resource Foundation. He was also responsible for developing the companies cable, newspaper, mortgage, insurance and fundraising vertical markets.
- At Stratasoft Corporation, Bennett managed premise and cloud based call center software sales including digital recording, IP PBX, CRM, IVR, ACD, predictive dialing and workforce management. He was also responsible for channel management in the US, Central America and Latin America.
- In addition, Bennett held management positions at TeleDirect International, Aspect Communications, Syntellect, and MCI International.
