Donations from the recent Five9 CX Summit will grant life-changing wishes for two children with critical illnesses in the Greater Bay Area and in Europe.
SAN RAMON, Calif. Sept. 9, 2021 - Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN), a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact center, today announced that it will donate funds to support Make-A-Wish® in granting wishes for two children with critical illnesses.
Five9 collaborated with Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area and Make-A-Wish International as part of the Five9 CX Summit, the company’s largest annual event, which took place virtually on September 1 and 2. For every CX Summit registration, Five9 donated $5 to the cause.
The donation helped Make-A-Wish International to provide a laptop and drawing lessons for Walter, a teenager from Peru with a passion for anime art. The fundraiser will also help Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area grant the wish of 3-year-old Jonathan, who wished for a new play space so he can have fun in the safety of his family’s backyard in Sonoma County, California.
The 2021 CX Summit marks the second year in a row that Five9 has partnered with the Make-A-Wish team. Five9 is proud to keep this tradition going and help children like Walter and Jonathan with an additional boost of support and strength as they fight critical illness.
