Five9 Announces Exercise of the Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

San Ramon, Calif. – April 22, 2014 – Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN) announced today the underwriters of its initial public offering have exercised in full their option to purchase 1,500,000 shares of common stock from Five9 at a purchase price of $7.00 per share, less the underwriters’ discount. The sale of these additional shares of common stock closed earlier today, following the closing on April 9, 2014 of the sale of 10,000,000 shares by Five9. 

J.P. Morgan and Barclays acted as lead joint book-running managers for the offering, and BofA Merrill Lynch also acted as book-running manager. Pacific Crest Securities, Canaccord Genuity and Needham & Company acted as co-managers.
