Investigating
We are currently experiencing multiple cloud-related issues globally, linked to an ongoing outage with our cloud provider, Google Cloud Platform (GCP). GCP is actively working to resolve the issue. As a result, you may notice intermittent slowness or disruptions across several services, including the Admin Console, Voice and Agent Insights, Studio, Dialogflow Virtual Agents, and cloud-based email. We are actively working with GCP to monitor the situation and minimize the impact. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our team is actively working with the vendor to resolve connectivity issues related to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that may cause intermittent slowness or disruptions across several services, including the Admin Console, Voice and Agent Insights, Studio IVA, Dialogflow Virtual Agents, Five9 Identity Service 2.0, and cloud-based email. We will provide further updates as they become available.

Mitigation
The issues impacting Five9 services dependent on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) have been resolved. All services are currently operating as expected. However, some delays may persist as backlogged transactions from the earlier degradation continue to process.
While all services appear to be back online, we are actively troubleshooting a few issues with sending SMS. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Resolved
All Five9 services have been confirmed as operating as expected. Any lingering SMS related issues tied to message delivery, and latency introduced because of workload backed up during the GCP event has since returned to normal/expected levels.
