This innovative functionality allows for reason codes to be tailored to different user needs. With enhanced flexibility, users can now be associated with multiple sets of reason codes. Administrators have full control over the visibility of these codes to agents, ensuring seamless integration into everyday operations. While you are already using personalized reason codes, we are now introducing Sets to simplify your administration and adding 'Private' codes, which limit visibility to selected users.
