Five9 Senior Partner Program Manager Earns Cloud Girls Rising Award for Leadership

The 9th Annual Cloud Girls Rising: Women to Watch Awards named Five9 Senior Technology Solutions Distributor (TSD) Program Manager, Diondria Brown, a Rising Star at a ceremony during the Channel Partners conference in Las Vegas. 

The awards are presented by Cloud Girls, a not-for-profit organization focused on building a community of women tech leaders who engage with each other to foster confidence and create connections required to grow and succeed. Through individual and organizational outreach, Cloud Girls share knowledge and provide leadership, creating equitable opportunities to improve lives. Its mission is designed to pave the way for the next generation of females in tech. 

The Cloud Girls Rising Awards celebrate the achievements of female leaders within the service provider, cloud provider, and channel community. It highlights those who have shown remarkable innovation, leadership, and the development of forward-thinking solutions in the realms of cloud and emerging technologies. In doing this, these esteemed female leaders lay the groundwork and motivate other women to seek leadership positions and make a difference in cloud. This year, they recognized seven outstanding women: one Visionary, three Trailblazers, and three Rising Stars. 
 

Cloud Girls Rising Woman to Watch 2024

 

As one of the Rising Stars, Diondria is named an up-and-comer in the cloud community who has shown initiative in advancing cloud and next-generation technology solutions for her organization, customers, and the industry. 

In her current role as a Senior TSD Program Manager at Five9, Diondria oversees the execution of strategic initiatives and manages projects related to the adoption and integration of cloud-based solutions. She also develops strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Prior to joining Five9, Diondria was a Solutions Consultant at Genesys for more than four years, having played a crucial role in shaping and executing the corporate vision for cloud and next-gen technologies.   
 
Diondria holds several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, further demonstrating her expertise in cloud technologies and her ability to provide valuable insights and guidance to her colleagues and partners regarding the implementation and utilization of cloud solutions.
