Five9 at ICMI’s Contact Center Demo 2018
Viva Las Vegas! Next week, I will head to the bright lights of Las Vegas for ICMI’s Contact Center Demo Conference where I have the pleasure to speak with Emily Cramer, Call Center Technical Project Manager at Penn Foster.
Attendees at the ICMI Demo Conference will be given a 360-degree view of the latest and most effective contact center best practices, technologies, and leading edge tactics. They'll experience robust sessions, open idea-sharing, an inviting Demo Hall, and will gain a renewed enthusiasm that will prepare them to strive for customer service excellence in their organizations.
Attendees will have the opportunity to join Emily and I as we share “Bridging the Gap to Create a Personalized Customer Experience” at the Red Rocks Resort on Wednesday, November 14th.
In our session we will describe how Five9 and Penn Foster worked together to examine the situation at Penn Foster from the perspective of the customer to determine how the experience could be improved. This included understanding the role the agent can play in providing consistent, relevant and easily digestible communications for a better customer experience. We look forward to seeing you there!
