Five9 Recognized by the Stevie Awards as a Company of the Year!

It’s no surprise here at Five9 that we are experiencing some fantastic milestones as of late—from killer Q2 financial results, to our most recent global product release, 2017 has been a great year so far. To accompany these accomplishments, we’re also adding some more award wins to our portfolio.

We’re proud to announce that the 2017 Stevie International Business Awards recognized Five9 in the “Company of the Year” category. After evaluating entries from hundreds of companies across the globe, judges determined that Five9 was worthy of being part of the winners’ circle for its innovative product offering, impressive customer base and other recognitions such as being named a Leader in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), North America for the second year in a row.

One judge even said, “Five9 has great customer insight, a solid business growth strategy and is a brand that is marketing powerful connections with its customers.” We’re proud that the Stevie Awards consider us a “Company of the Year.” To us, it’s validation that Five9 is truly leading the cloud revolution in contact center software.

In this awards program, Five9’s 2016 Summer Release was also awarded in the “Best New Product of the Year” category. Due to its focus on catering to today’s modern and digital consumers, last year’s release was a significant product announcement for us, allowing businesses to deliver completely personalized and proactive omnichannel experiences. Judges said, “Five9 is enabling their customers to proactively help their own customers with a seamless multichannel approach. It’s a great solution that can improve customer journey.”
