The TAM Role
Leadership: host conference calls and screen-sharing sessions with our enterprise customers. Flex to their unique needs while driving the optimization and continuous improvement of their business operations in Five9. Project Management: coordinate and drive critical initiatives for 15 to 20 different customers. Hold internal and external resources accountable, communicate status updates to key stakeholders, and do whatever is necessary to help our customers succeed. Flexibility: support, troubleshoot, and optimize products from our CCaaS suite in a large variety of customer configurations and environments. Interface directly with our rich ecosystem of partners and integrations.
- Ownership: Proactively reach out to our customers to educate them on new features, best practices, areas of improvement, and industry trends.
- Communication: Deliver value daily through superior communication. Educate customers and help them maximize the value of their Five9 subscription via presentations, demonstrations, and question & answer sessions.
- Poise: Leverage your own personal strengths to find creative ways to maximize customer satisfaction. Every TSM does the job differently, but the common threads are hard work, dedication, and a "can do" attitude.
