Telarus

Telarus is a TSD (Technology Solution Distributor) whose mission is to enable technology advisors, their customers, and suppliers to source, purchase and implement the right technology for the greatest impact.  Five9 was their largest CX-producing supplier in 2023 and 2024 with over 25 new Logos and 20M in net new ACV. Telarus also has a professional service team that works closely with the Five9 sales teams to ensure success. This joint effort has resulted in 2 wins in 2023, both exceeding $3M ACV.
