The mission of APIDA at Five9 is to build a community for employees to come together to celebrate the unique cultures, histories, and tremendous diversity within Asian, Pacific Islander and Desi communities. The mission of the Women in Technology (WIT) Group, is to advance the women of Five9 through a variety of support, leadership development, education, networking and mentoring opportunities to make Five9 the #1 workplace for women in the Bay Area and beyond.

The Dialed In Crew is a grassroots group of volunteer employees working towards creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace environment, while supporting the organization’s overall DE&I initiatives. DIC was formed under 3 Key pillars: Bridging the gap between executive and grassroots initiatives around DE&I, creating a safe & inclusive space for everyone to join and share their perspectives, and driving the systemic and long-term change that we want to see.
