We are excited to announce the launch of the new Five9 CX Marketplace!   

The new CX Marketplace

We strive to create an amazing experience for our customers that includes seamless integrations with over 80 partners that participate in our ISV program. It is important for us to provide additional avenues for our customers and partners to continue innovating with our platform.   

Our new marketplace is a user-friendly hub, where current and future Five9 customers can learn about the breadth of partnerships we have built with the market’s leading technology providers. We recognize that every business is unique, and our clients will often look to leverage additional service providers to complete the CX solutions that will meet their specific needs. We welcome the opportunity to provide our customers with those choices.   

Key enhancements

The new marketplace delivers a variety of key enhancements. The new and improved search feature will allow searches by detailed categories, keywords, and industries. ISV Partners will now have the ability to maintain their existing listings and include multiple screenshots; videos; and datasheets to further inform the marketplace of their solution and how it integrates with Five9.  Partners will also now be alerted when someone requests more information on a marketplace listing.  Additionally, while partner solutions are the main focus of the marketplace, it will also include listings for Five9 professional services and technical assets.
