CX Summit: Five9 Partners Showcase the Power of People, Our Partners, and Technology

As the Five9 CX Summit kicks into full swing August 15-17, we would like to give a big shout-out and thank our more than 40 sponsoring partners. This year's event is going to be bigger and better than ever. The support and collaboration of these incredible sponsors is how we bring together the power of people and technology to deliver on our CX Promise. 

This year's CX Summit is different from the past as we feature close to 150 keynotes, seminars, workshops, and demos across eight tracks of CX-driven content throughout the event's three days. The agenda is filled with content focused on business solutions and strategies based on job function and will showcase many partner solutions in the CX Hub.  

The CX Hub 

The CX Hub serves as a focal point for CX Summit, where attendees can explore technologies from Five9 solution partners, have collaborative conversations with fellow contact center administrators, and experience solution demonstrations in real-life applications. The experience at the CX Hub will allow attendees to network and gain insight into the power of CX through thoughtfully curated content. We will recognize our Five9 Triple Crown Partner Winner attendees who have attained all three Five9 University for Partners sales certifications with special recognition crowns, pins, and social postings. We will also be hosting, for the first time, a Five9 Partner Hackathon, recognizing our best-in-class partner winners during the closing keynote.  

The real-time Demo Theatre, located in the CX Hub, will showcase Five9 and our partner sponsor solutions and their innovative role in helping customers uplevel their CX. The Demo Theater runs throughout the day on Wednesday and Thursday and showcases educational, informative, and entertaining demos on Five9 products and from Five9 Solution Partners.  Here is a quick preview of some of some of the demos we will be highlighting:

  • Don't miss the Luck is for Vegas, not your Contact Center Management session demo hosted by NWN Carousel, to discover how their Experience Management (EMP) Services provide the perfect combination of people, processes, and technology. 

  • Learn from Nuance, a Microsoft company, how to strike a balance between security and CX with biometric authentication and fraud prevention. 

  • Join the Secure the Future with Zero Trust session hosted by CBTS to learn how our mutual customers can adopt a proactive approach by allocating resources upfront to fortify their defense against potential security attacks.  

Partner Keynote Sessions  

We thank all our sponsors for investing and supporting our vision during Five9 CX Summit. A few partner-led keynote sessions you will want to attend include the closing keynote featuring Andy Dignan, Five9 Chief Customer Officer and Darryl Wilson Kyndryl Consult Global VP, Digital Workplace Services which will provide insights on better understanding the customer's journey and how it is the keystone to delivering a positive customer experience. The discussion will include important customer pain points, common questions they pose, engagement preferences, and recommendations for how to better nurture brand affinity for longer-term relationships.  

Another notable keynote will feature our Women in Technology panel, featuring leaders across CX, EX, and HR. The panel will discuss practical steps for women in technology to create their desired careers and give practical advice on how to advocate for a job and help inspire and enable future leaders in an organization.  

Attendees can expect many other opportunities to learn and connect with Five9 CX Summit partners, including the CX workshops and sessions, social hours, Five9 Top Gun Academy, application training classes, and a Five9 Product Roadmap session. These events will allow attendees to optimize people, processes, and technology, learn how to use Five9 solutions in new ways, and leverage emerging CX technologies.
