Five9 Partners can now become Sales Certified via the Five9 University for Partners

Five9 University for Partners
Five9 University for Partners is designed to help partners build their knowledge, skills, and expertise to sell, deploy, and support Five9 cloud contact center solutions. The University offers a broad range of learning resources, including self-paced e-learning, instructor-led training, and certifications to ensure partners have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the cloud contact center market.
Topics covered range from sales and marketing to deployment, management, and ongoing support. Five9 University for Partners is designed to enable partners to market, sell, deploy, and provide world-class support for the Five9 award-winning solutions.
Partner Sales Certification Program
Prior to the launch of the Five9 University for Partners, Five9 released their Sales Certification in Beta to a limited partner community. During that Beta period, 688 partners successfully completed the certification and received that recognition via a badging system on the platform.
With the launch for Five9 University for Partners, Five9 launched the Advanced Sales Certification Curriculum. Within 65 days, 100 partners became Advanced Sales certified as well.
IVA Sales Certification Curriculum
The Five9 new Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) Sales certification curriculum, which was launched in early April, is designed to teach partners the skills required to sell and market Five9 IVA technology. The new curriculum consists of a series of courses that focus on Conversational AI, the key benefits of intelligent virtual agents, how they work, and how to deploy, configure and manage them in a contact center environment.

Announcing the Five9 Sales Certification Triple Crown Promotion!
Five9 is always excited to acknowledge our partners and there is no better way than recognizing those that invest in knowledge. For those partners that complete all three sales certifications in the Sales Certification Learning Plan, we will acknowledge their commitment to and knowledge of Five9 with a special Triple Crown badge! All partners need to do is complete the Sales, Advanced Sales and IVA Sales certifications to get that special badge. In addition, the first 100 Five9 Sales Certified Triple Crown recipients will be entered in a drawing for a conference pass and $1,000 toward airfare and hotel accommodations at Five9 CX Summit on August 15–17 at ARIA Resort in Las Vegas.
