Five9 CX Summit Goes Global

When I joined Five9 in early 2016, our annual conference was a US-centric affair. In fact, there were actually two summits: one on the West Coast close to our headquarters and another on the East Coast to accommodate local time zones.   

The event grew in scale, and we made the decision to host one big event in a transport hub that is more or less “international.” The CX Summit moved to Las Vegas a couple of years ago, and it was a big success. Customers and partners from a truly international community gathered to hear our story and learn how to Reimagine CX in the cloud.   

In 2021, CX Summit has become a global affair, and we have customers and partners joining our virtual event from more than 60 countries around the world. The growth in scope and scale of our signature event is something every Five9er is extremely proud of, and I am delighted to announce that we now have international sessions on the agenda as well.   

During our Global Fireside Chat on September 1, Scott Kolman, Five9 SVP of Marketing, will moderate a discussion with Joseph Fidanque, CEO at Iterum (Panama); Zsolt Smolinka, CEO at United Call Centers (Hungary); Brian Atkinson, Five9 GM and VP of EMEA; and Dennis Mullert, Five9 Director of Channels and Partner Development, about how outsourcers leverage start-of-the-art cloud technologies to help their customers deliver extraordinary CX. Fidanque and Smolinka will also talk about how they ensured seamless customer service when the world faced the chaos of COVID lockdowns, and the importance of keeping a remote workforce motivated and engaged in company culture.
