The Power of More in Action: Five9 Recognized at Telarus Partner Summit 2025

Last week, the Five9 team landed in Anaheim, California for Telarus Partner Summit 2025 and we’re honored to return home with the Top Engagement 2024 award. 

This recognition isn’t just a milestone, it’s momentum. It reflects the Power of More that comes from deep alignment between Five9 and Telarus: more enablement, more collaboration, and more impact. Over the past year, we’ve invested heavily in not just showing up, but showing up with purpose. Through tailored support, consistent engagement, and outcome-driven strategy, we’ve helped partners move faster, close bigger, and deliver differentiated CX outcomes. 

Summit Highlights 

One standout moment of the summit was our education session, led by Five9’s own Kayla Dozier, titled “Unlocking Value: The Four-Step Formula to Sell Five9 AI Solutions.” As AI continues to redefine the contact center landscape, this workshop offered partners a practical, beginner-friendly framework for articulating Five9’s GeniusAI platform in real business terms. Kayla introduced the Four-Step Formula—Listen, Analyze, Tailor, Apply—giving attendees a repeatable method to lead high-impact AI conversations. From overcoming AI hesitation to aligning solutions with customer priorities, the session was a timely and tactical resource for partners eager to lean into next-generation CX. 

Beyond the sessions and awards, Partner Summit was a powerful reminder of the strength and potential of the Telarus ecosystem. Through strategic meetings, casual conversations, and collaborative dinners uniting Telarus teams, Technology Advisors, and Five9 leaders, we strengthened relationships and sparked new ideas to drive CX innovation. We left with renewed momentum as organizations look for more intelligence, agility, and results in their CX strategies, and Five9 is ready to lead that charge together with our Telarus network.
