At Five9 we have made it a top priority to listen to customer feedback and incorporate that into continuous improvement on our end. Recently, we took it one step further and commissioned a polling firm, Zogby Analytics, to help create an inaugural Five9 Customer Service Index by surveying outside of our company. The survey combined business decision makers, and consumers, who were asked similar questions to see if their attitudes toward customer service were the same, or possibly different. In the age of digital transformation, providing exceptional customer service has never been more important.
