May 9th is Five9 Day—a global celebration of progress and possibility.  

At Five9, we dedicate this day to celebrating our incredible employees, loyal customers, and the backbone of our growth—you, our partners. Today, and every day, we are grateful for your dedication to delivering meaningful customer experiences and transforming how businesses engage with the world. 

We’ve seen incredible momentum this year, fueled by clarity of purpose, bold thinking, and collaboration. With your help, customers are unlocking new levels of agility, impact, and connection. You’re not just helping them do more—you’re helping them get more out of every moment. 

Across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, our shared success reflects a truth we hold firm: when technology is built for people, and delivered through strong partnerships, it unlocks extraordinary outcomes.

What we’ve accomplished so far—together 

The first part of 2025 has been transformative. Powered by your reach, relationships, and results, Five9 continues to expand its global footprint and set the pace for delivering excellent customer experiences. 

Here’s a few high notes of what we’ve achieved together: 

  • Genius AI Is Leading the Industry: Our Five9 Genius AI suite is driving global customer value—delivering real ROI with conversational AI, Agent Assist, IVA, GenAI Studio, and more. Contact centers are reducing handling times, boosting self-service, and improving CSAT. Our Five9 AI Agents earned the 2025 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award, while our GenAI Studio was named a finalist—validating our position as a leader in enterprise-grade AI innovation. And, what makes this even better is the strength it adds to technology partnerships like Google, IBM, Salesforce, ServiceNow and others. 

  • Recognized as a Leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for CCaaS: Five9 was once again named a Leader, recognized for our ability to execute and completeness of vision—with global support capabilities, powerful native AI, and deep CRM integrations.  Our global reach continues to increase and we’re very excited about our international momentum.   

  • Global Available of Five9 on the Google Cloud Marketplace: As part of our long-standing alliance and in recognition of Five9 utilizing Google Cloud and AI solutions within, this launch has received substantial attention and numerous integration partners are helping us deliver on growing customer demand. 

  • Strategic Integration with Salesforce: With the launch of Five9 Fusion for Salesforce, we now deliver a seamless, AI-powered agent experience within Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. By integrating Five9 TranscriptStream and Einstein AI, we’ve created a unified, real-time CX environment—bridging two industry powerhouses into one AI-driven platform.  Fusing the best of both our companies – addressing very real customer demand.  

  • Scaling Through Innovation and Reach: From our data-rich CX platform to our new simplified bundles and global partner ecosystem, we’re driving global market share (and beating our competition) while expanding partner-led growth opportunities across every region. 

These aren’t isolated accomplishments—they are the result of a focused, intentional, global strategy that prioritizes partner enablement and continuous innovation to address evolving customer needs.  Years of loyal commitment to a balanced route to market approach are part of who Five9 is – and will remain to be. 

Elevating our partnerships 

As part of our commitment to helping partners win more, we’ve launched multiple partner-exclusive programs and promotions to reward your success. These include: 

  • An Incentive Program for driving Five9 AI & Automation into new customer opportunities. 

  • Simplified NCX (New CX) Bundles for our resell partners around the globe. These originated via a European partner listening tour. They are currently purpose-built for resale, easy-to-quote bundles that simplify how you position and sell Five9. They’re aligned to today’s buyer expectations, offering fast deployment, bundled AI, and clear pricing.  

  • Additional certifications complementing our Certified Implementation Partner, Certified Integrated Network Partner, and Early Partner Engagement Programs. 

  • Expansions to the Five9 Select Partner Program—a formal program that aligns ISVs within Five9 for full support/offers via a single sourced Five9 agreement. 

  • A continuation of the Elevate Program for competitive takeout. This partner offer is designed specifically to help partners identify customers who need to be elevated to a better customer experience. It helps to build the bridge away from the old legacy Contact Center solution to FIve9’s true cloud experience.

What’s ahead: The New CX Starts Here 

2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year. With The New CX Starts Here as our guiding theme, we are doubling down on what matters most: 

  • Partner-first enablement – More content, webinars, and talk tracks tailored to vertical strategies. 

  • Customer-centric storytelling – Your wins will fuel our brand through new case studies, campaigns, and co-marketing. 

  • Deeper ecosystem alignment – Tighter integration with Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, IBM and our CX marketplace to support scale and efficiency.
