2017 was one of my favorite years in my career. One of the biggest challenges most customer reference/advocacy managers struggle with is finding enough happy customers to highlight success stories. My biggest challenge has been having enough time to write all the customer success stories I hear about! Bottom line is that customers LOVE Five9 – our products, our team, the support we provide, our ecosystem partners and much more!
Something new I tried in 2017 was writing up customer success blogs spotlighting these customer successes. These mini case studies were a great way to capture our customers successes – from Expedia rolling out a new campaign with Five9’s help, to companies who moved to the cloud to drive improved call center performance.
