CX Summit West: Connect, Learn, Transform
That’s a wrap! Last week, CX Summit West came to an end. It’s a fantastic feeling as I’m extremely proud of the entire Five9 team for all the hard work they put in to plan and execute this annual customer event. We had a pheonominal turn out at the CX Summit East in February which I thought it was going to be hard to top. With the feedback we’ve received internally and externally, we pulled off an event just as solid if not better.
On top of a jam-packed agenda which included keynotes from Five9’s President, EVP Products and Technology, EVP Cloud Operations, SVP Global Sales, and Oakland A’s Billy Beane, we added our Spring Release 2018 product launch to the general session. We had exciting breakout sessions from the Five9 Product team with hands-on, deep dives into the platform, and heard from our partners Authority Software, CallMiner, Zendesk, and Fuze, just to name a few.

We ended the full day conference with a San Diego harbor boat ride! The boat included a tasty dinner, tequila tasting, cigar rolling, music and dancing, and Las Vegas style gambling tables. It was a bit chilly but luckily we had warm, branded Five9 blankets. As the boat ride came to an end we saw fireworks nearby, what a way to cap the night.
Not only was the experience great for those who attended, we saw excitement about the event on social media. We used the hashtag #CXSummit18 where our customers, partners, and employees were tweeting about the event. Visit the hashtag to see it all.
