At this year’s expo, Five9 Vice President of Product Marketing Scott Kolman will speak on “How to Drive Contact Center Improvement with AI” as a panelist on Thursday, January 31st at 1:00 p.m.
Scott and fellow panel members will dive into how and where AI fits into contact center environments. AI means many things, and there’s a lot of ground for these panelists to cover. This session will define what is meant by using AI in the contact center, AI use cases, the foreseeable future, and more of the in between.
