This year Five9 is pulling out all the stops for Enterprise Connect! And, we can’t wait to share what we have in store because everything we have prepared is centered around the love we have for our customers and creating extraordinary customer experiences. If you want to be a part of the excitement, join us at one of our many #EC19 events.

To kick things off, our CTO and Head of AI, Jonathan Rosenberg, will present the session Five Surprising Reasons Why You Need to Move Your Contact Center To The Cloud” on Monday, March 18th at 1 p.m. in Sun C. Jonathan will share the importance of migrating to the cloud to improve customer experience, and it’s guaranteed to be a must-see!

On Tuesday, March 19th, hear from David Muttiah a Five9 customer from CARFAX, on how Five9 transformed their business alongside analyst Sheila McGee-Smith during the “Enterprise Case Studies: The Evolving Roles of CRM and Contact Center” panel. The panel will begin at 3 p.m. in Sun A.

Additionally, our Director of Product Marketing Darryl Addington will discuss how the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center platform is transforming customer experiences to customer love at the “Turn your Call Center into an Intelligent Contact Center”  EC Theater Session on Tuesday, March 19th at 4:40 p.m.

Celebrate with us on Tuesday night at our Customer Love Party at Aunt Lillies Cabin! Attendees will enjoy a fun evening filled with food, cocktails and great conversations. Don’t miss out on the fun - you can RSVP here.

To deliver our grand finale of speaking sessions, our CEO Rowan Trollope will join Sheila McGee-Smith and other industry experts to debate the convergence of the contact center, UC and CRM, and how AI is transforming them all. The “Why Customer Engagement Is Leading the Enterprise Communications Conversation”  panel will take the stage on Wednesday, March 20, at 10:45 a.m. in Osceola CD.

Our Five9 booth will be located at booth #1700. Our solutions consultants will live demo our intelligent digital workflow that provides personalized and powerful experiences customers will love. Pro tip: schedule your personalized booth tour in advance.

If that doesn’t sound like enough excitement, theCUBE will be broadcasting live from our booth the entire conference! In the course of 3 days, 26 live interviews will be held.

We can’t wait for Enterprise Connect and hope to see you there! If you are unable to attend this year’s event, you can follow along on social using #Five9atEC19 and #EC19.
