Five9 is excited to announce that two of our outstanding Five9 channel leaders were recently recognized for their dedication and contributions to the partner community and their ability to lead the partner channel forward in 2021.

Kelli McMillan, Channel Sales Manager at Five9, and Jake Butterbaugh, VP Global Channel Sales at Five9, were recognized for their positive influence in the partner channel landscape. We have always encouraged our channel advocates to be a strong voice for our partners both inside Five9 and within the greater channel community. We are proud to have Kelli and Jake recognized for their leadership and innovation as channel leaders at Five9.

Kelli McMillan was named a 2021 Channel Influencer Award Winner by Channel Partners and Channel Futures for her passion in helping build healthy DE&I strategies across the partner landscape. “We found the pandemic has redefined what influence means and how it is exerted. Not everyone can be an influencer. It takes courage and a point of view that makes partners, vendors, customers and suppliers stop and think” said Craig Galbraith, editorial director, Channel Partners & Channel Futures.  Kelli is a superstar, and we are so grateful to have her as a leader at Five9 and infusing positive change at the company and throughout the channel community.

Additionally, Jake Butterbaugh was recognized for the second straight year as a Channel Chief by CRN. This award honors top channel executives worldwide, highlighting their accomplishments and dedication to the partner community. Jake’s unwavering focus on building global channel programs that deliver the best customer experience combined with the best agent experience is unmatched. Five9 is so pleased to see Jake’s leadership and hard work recognized. He is a leader in establishing and executing our ambitious vision for channel partners extending into 2021 and beyond.
