Five9 Recognizes Trailblazing Customers at CX Summit

During this year’s Five9 CX Summit in Las Vegas, we recognized three Five9 customers who are actively innovating and trailblazing to create extraordinary contact center experiences for their customers. Below we are sharing why these customers earned their Five9 Trailblazer awards and well-deserved moment in the spotlight :

Teddy Liaw - NexRep LLC, CEO

Five9 is giving Teddy Liaw a huge shout out for being a Trailblazer in our BPO vertical. Teddy’s commitment to innovation and leveraging technology to improve the customer experience has made him an industry thought leader. In fact, Teddy was even appointed by California Governor, Gavin Newsom, onto his Entrepreneurship Task Force.

Gary Britton – Teladoc, VP of Operations and Development

Our second standout customer recognized as a Trailblazer was Gary Britton of Teladoc. He was awarded as a Trailblazer in the Healthcare vertical. Gary’s years of experience in the contact center industry has helped him bring tons of customer care knowledge to Teladoc’s operations. Since he joined the company, their contact center has increased agent efficiency, uptime and have the flexibility to scale up and down anytime depending on need without impacting the customer experience.

Ed Albrektsen – McKesson, Director of Vendor Solutions

Rounding out our 2019 Trailblazer award recipients is Ed Albrektsen, Director of Vendor Solutions at McKesson. Ed was recognized as a Trailblazer in the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Technology and Services industry. Ed saw an opportunity for McKesson to improve their customer experiences. By partnering with Five9, McKesson was able to deliver extraordinary customer care experiences. With seasonal increases in agents, multiple geographic locations, with millions of inbound and outbound calls, McKesson remains focused on delivering better outcomes for the patients that need them most and remaining one of the largest healthcare companies in the world and an industry leader.
