Below we are sharing why these trailblazers deserve a round of applause:
On Dreamforce Day 1, we recognized Gina Wiley of DoorDash as a Trailblazer in Restaurant Logistics Services. Thanks to Gina’s hard work and dedication to using technology, DoorDash’s business scaled 250% year over year.
Our second Trailblazer in Technology announced was David Muttiah of Carfax. David saw an opportunity for Carfax to replace their on-premise contact center with a cloud-based solution that would improve their customer experience and agent efficiency. Paired with our Five9 and Salesforce integration, Carfax’s customer experience was completely transformed!
Next, Five9 recognized Matt Kravitz of Hulu as a Trailblazer in Entertainment! Matt’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve the customer experience has made him a clear leader in the streaming entertainment industry.
On the final day of Dreamforce, Geoff Howard of National Funding was awarded the Trailblazer in Financial Services award. Years ago, it would seem impossible to apply and receive a loan completely online. Thanks to National Funding and Geoff’s ability to utilize technology to improve the customer experience, this once far off idea is now a reality.
