Heading into Oracle Modern CX Show with Five9 and Total Wine & More on the Main Stage

Next week, the Five9 team is heading to Oracle Modern Customer Experience April 10-12, 2018 in Chicago! Last year I wrote a blog after the 2017 show titled “My Highlights from Oracle Modern CX 2017 – This Year vs. Last Year” and I said something along the lines of “What a difference one year makes.” Is it cheesy to say the same thing again?

 

What a difference one year makes.

There I said it.


But seriously, the event is next week and I am already more excited, if only because Oracle Modern CX 2018 is in Chicago. Don’t get me wrong, Las Vegas is fine, but Chicago is one of the greatest cities in the world. I can say that, I lived there for five years. For those of you who haven’t spent time there, Chicago brings back great memories of three things: 1) Phenomenal food and restaurants, 2) Great bar scene, and 3) iconic sports.


And Five9 has managed to include all three of my favorite things about Chicago into our plans next week.


Joined with our customers attending Modern CX, we all plan to eat at one of the best restaurants in town, Girl and Goat, have drinks at the very cool Chicago athletic club, and attend a Chicago Cubs game at the best baseball park in the world, Wrigley Field.

 

In addition to the Chicago style activities outside of the conference, Dan Burkland, Five9 President, will be presenting the Oracle Service Cloud keynote with a Five9 customer, Total Wine & More. The Five9 team is excited to be on stage with technology experts, industry leaders, customers and Oracle partners, to present the trends impacting service organizations. Be sure to join us!

Finally, Five9 will have a booth area (#SER-03) where the team will be showcasing the Five9 intelligent engagement workflow, which creates great personalized experiences. You can schedule a booth tour during the show to receive dedicated time with Five9 solutions consults and learn more about integrations with Oracle and Five9.


We have a lot planned at the show, but much like last year I plan to spend time with Oracle sales and product executives, our customers, including Lululemon (who we recently did a webinar with) and Booker Software, and all of our partners. I look forward to seeing you in Chicago!
