Localizing our CX Summit for LATAM Markets
You can’t truly go global without going local. That’s why, at the end of 2020, we decided to complement our global Five9 CX Summit with a LATAM Summit. We hosted this event over two days to address multiple markets: Day 1 was presented in Spanish and Day 2 was presented in Portuguese.
In 2021, we even went further and added an EMEA CX Summit event in May. The feedback for all events was very positive, as our sessions and discussions addressed regional market challenges and differences. We ensured a localized market view with analysts and experts from the different regions.
Our global Five9 CX Summit occurred again in September 2021 as a virtual event. We had customers, partners, prospects, and friends of Five9 from all around the world participate at this event, including our Keynotes, Best Practices, Deep Dives and other sessions.
We look forward to localizing this subject matter again for this year’s LATAM CX Summits. Join us on 9th November for our Portuguese edition, or on 10th November for our Spanish edition.
