Actually, there are some pretty legendary partnerships besides MJ and Pip that I could call out. (Maybe not in the NBA, though.)

Take Salesforce + Five9 for example.

There are things Salesforce does well and things Five9 does well. The things that Five9 can’t do, Salesforce steps in and takes the reigns. And vice versa. It’s a give and a take kind of deal.

The whole reason we go to the trouble of building these strategic partnerships is simple: It’s for the customer.

Walt Rossi, Five9VP of Business Development, knows that it’s easy to say you’re in a working agreement with another company, but to combine your products into a solution that actually works for the customer is a whole other ballgame.
